Mail Time is about you, a fresh-on-the-job delivery gnome out for you very first delivery! All you have to go on is that the letter is for someone named "Greg" and that he lives somewhere in the Grumblewood Grove.
Jump, glide and talk your way around the grumblewood grove in search of who and where Greg is. Meet the local inhabitants along the way and help them by delivering their letters, maybe they'll be able to help you in return!
All you have to do is find this Greg and deliver the letter, no biggie!
